PRICING?
The prices listed are trade prices and can be consulted at our webshop (available after login) and can be requested via info@scratch-europe.com. The currency is US DOLLAR.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? 
Our minimum order is $ 150.

PACKING UNITS?
Most products are available by piece, smaller products may come in a PDQ.
You can find further details in our webshop and in our Excel price list, which can be requested via info@scratch-europe.com.

COST OF DELIVERY?
Free delivery applies to orders above $ 350 and to your first order.

BACKORDERS?
Items that are not available will be kept in backorder.
Backorders higher than $ 100 will be sent to you as soon as they are back in stock, without shipping costs. Backorders lower than $ 100 will be sent together with your next order.

WHY ARE SOME ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
This may be due to several reasons, for example: We do not want to keep new products from you and we want to present them to you as quickly as possible, even if they can only be delivered at a later date. A batch may not be available for delivery due to quality issues or damage occurred during transport. It may take a few months before replacement goods arrive. A container may be delayed, or a specific raw material cannot be delivered, etc…

PAYMENT?
For your first order we send you a pro-forma invoice and ask you to pay in advance. We will process your order as soon as your payment is settled. For future orders we offer net-30 days payment. For future orders above $ 1000 we offer net-60 days payment.

We offer the following payment methods:
  • MONEY TRANSFER: Pay into our bank account. See our invoice for bank details.
  • CREDIT CARD: Or use the convenience of paying by credit card. Please provide your credit card details when placing the order (name of credit card holder, credit card number and CVC code). Alternatively, login with your credentials on www.scratch-europe.com, then go to ‘My Account’, then click on ‘My Invoices’. Select the invoice(s) and click on ‘pay’ to proceed to the payment page. If you pay by credit card, your outstanding balance will be debited from your account on the due date of your invoice.
  • NO LOGIN? Drop an e-mail to info@scratch-europe.com with your company details and mention 'LOGIN REQUEST'. We will open an account for you and reply to you with your login details.
No goods will be delivered if there are any invoices outstanding.
We will send you a reminder in case of non-payment on the due date.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
We operate a strict quality control system which involves numerous checks. This reduces errors during the order processing to a strict minimum. However, things can go wrong, or perhaps a product is not quite to your liking. In that case, please do not hesitate to call us or write to us immediately following delivery.

COMPLAINTS?
If there is something you do not like about the company, the service, the products, or whatever it may be, then do please inform us. We take all complaints seriously, and our aim is to work out a fast and efficient solution with you.
